Western cuisine that can survive in RMD is truly extraordinary
This should be the best Western restaurant I've ever eaten at in Richmond! There's a formal dining room, snack lounge, and bar ๐ท I've eaten here more than 20 times in the past two months. Steaks are so friendly to those on a diet, delicious, and help with weight loss. Who understands? ยทNon-disappointing dishes โฌ๏ธ ๐ฅฉ My favorite is the Bone in ribeye (p1) ๐๐๐๐๐ Sharing one between two people is so satisfying! We usually order it rare, which is super tender. If you can't handle that, medium rare/well is your choice. ๐ฅฉ My second favorite is the salty prime rib (p2) ๐๐๐๐๐ It's a slow-roasted steak ๐ฎ with an incredible tenderness. I haven't tasted this flavor before, and after trying it once, I've been hooked for three days in a row. Those who like their meat a bit more tender must try this. ๐ฅฉ Smoked rib eye ๐๐๐๐๐ A smoked flavored ribeye steak ~ The rare we ordered was a bit overcooked ๐ค but the server immediately apologized and took it back to redo it. Both the attitude and the taste were great. ๐ฅฉ Top Sirloin ๐๐๐๐ This one is quite standard, but the toppings are quite flavorful. ๐ For snacks, Tuna tataki, steak bites, lobster mac & cheese, spicy shrimp, chicken wings are all delicious. I only wish there were more types for two people to enjoy. Also, the steamed mussels are amazing! After eating the mussels, you can drink the soup and dip bread in it, which is so satisfying. ๐ฐ For dessert, you can try the cheesecake with seasonal jam. I think it's sweet without being too sweet. shappyhour,youcaneatveryfullforabout50 per person. ๐ด Chop Steakhouse & Bar 1๏ธโฃ 10251 St Edwards Dr, Richmond, BC V6X 2M9 2๏ธโฃ 1055 Canada Pl #26, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3 #VancouverFood #VancouverLife #VancouverExploration #WeekendExploration #CanadianFood #VancouverWesternCuisine #Richmond
