What are the London workers up to on their day off on Friday? 🤓

Let’s go to an exhibition! I originally planned to get up early and go to Wimbledon to watch tennis, but it was raining ☔️ Oh well, change of plans. I decided on the spot to visit the RA Summer Exhibition. Every time I walk past Green Park, I’ve always thought the Royal Academy of Arts building looked quite impressive, but I’ve never gone inside. The exhibition features 1700 works of art. When you enter, the staff will give you a brochure, where you can find the sale price for each piece of art by the number marked on it. Since all the exhibits are for sale, you see many people bringing their families to pick out pieces for home decoration. The atmosphere is quite different from other exhibitions, surrounded by conversations that make it feel like you’re in a shop picking out goods, which suddenly makes the exhibition very down-to-earth. I saw many interesting exhibits, but for those of us who can’t afford them, we can only play the price guessing game. The exhibition is composed of several rooms, featuring a variety of styles and forms of art. The overall experience is very enjoyable. Entry is paid, and here are the ticket prices and opening hours: ⏰ June 18 - August 18, 2024 🎫 £24.50 #LondonLife #LondonFun #LondonExhibitions #WhatToDoInLondon
