🐨What Did I Eat|in Brisbane

I went to Wynnum Jetty on the weekend and chose two fish and chip shops along the coastline. First restaurant 🍽️: Pelican's Nest Cafe Pelicans Curried Prawns: You can choose rice or noodles. The flavor is rich and fragrant! It's quite salty, but the prawns are really delicious. I ordered a platter of squid rings and chips. The chips are okay, but the calamari, when dipped in sauce and lemon, has almost no taste. Not recommended (or maybe you can try the second option with salted, which might be better). When I saw PORTUGESE CUSTARD TART, I thought it would be a standard Portuguese egg tart! After all, this shop has been open for ten years! But after taking a bite, there's a strong cinnamon flavor! The taste has vanilla extract added! People who don't like sweet food or are put off by these two flavors, stay away!! Second restaurant 🍽️: Finn's Fish House Later, I walked along the road to this one with a higher rating. I was so full, but since I'm really a fan of fried squid rings, I excitedly bought a portion to taste 🤤 Oh my god, my perfect calamari rings appeared! The meat is especially plump! My friend and I said it was delicious even when we were very full. 🧋: The drinks at both shops are good!! The chocolate I ordered at the first one has cream on top, with a rich chocolate and milk flavor, a million times better than any at the school! At the second one, we both ordered iced mocha, which is also good! The sea view in Wynnum is beautiful! I'll attach a few pictures by the way~ It's a paradise for dog walkers (so many fluffy ones!). The seagulls are really smart; they really will come over trying to get something to eat.. #BrisbaneFood #BrisbaneFoodHunt #BrisbaneLife #WynnumBeach
