What I Ate While Skiing in Salt Lake City ⛷️🍽️
Salt Lake City's food scene is amazing—Colorado can’t even compare 😂 1️⃣ UMI Shabu Super affordable AYCE hot pot! Includes everything—even drinks 🥤 Great meat quality (they even have Wagyu!), hand-pounded shrimp paste, Chinese-style BBQ skewers, and instant noodles at the buffet. After a cold, exhausting day on the slopes, this hot pot revived my soul ❄️🔥 2️⃣ Eiko Cafe Braised Pork Belly & Sour Cabbage Fish were both delicious! Everything on the menu looked amazing—wish I had time to try more. Asked for three bowls of rice and got a whole pot 🍚 Super friendly staff! 3️⃣ Sasa Kitchen Their spicy sour noodle soup is so good! A bit farther from Chinatown, but SLC is small and traffic-free, so still convenient. 4️⃣ One More Noodle Didn’t go this time, but I’ve eaten here on every previous trip! Simple, big portions, delicious—noodle lovers will be thrilled 🍜 Perfect for a quick meal before catching a flight. #SkiTrip #SaltLakeCity #SLCFood #HotPot #ChineseFood #Noodles #FoodieOnTheSlopes
