The Wagyu platter can be a bit rich and overwhelming 😵‍💫, but the dan dan noodles are chewy with a crispy savory sauce—so good! The cold noodles are sweet, tangy, and icy—perfect for cutting through the richness! ⏰ Hours: Mon & Wed–Fri: 12:00–14:00, 17:00–23:00 | Tue: Closed Sat: 12:00–23:00 | Sun: 12:00–22:00 2️⃣ Tim Ho Wan Their BBQ pork buns are absolutely legendary 👍🏼! Great value, located on the first floor of Palms Casino with free parking. ⏰ Hours: Mon–Thu: 10:00–20:00 | Fri–Sat: 10:00–21:00 3️⃣ 888 Japanese BBQ Three AYCE tiers—we chose Prime ($47.99/person). We got on the waitlist early and waited about 2 hours. Highlights: Kobe Beef, Kobe Fatty Rib, Marinated Prime Kalbi 👍🏼 Solid value! ⏰ Hours: Daily 11:30–00:00 4️⃣ Shanghai Alley Soup dumplings—thin skin, lots of broth, delicious! Pan-fried buns—crispy bottom, juicy filling, springy meat 👍🏼 Curry beef noodle soup—broth was weak, tasted like hot water with curry powder. Not recommended ❌. ⏰ Hours: Daily 11:00–21:00 5️⃣ Saigon Corner Came based on recommendations—said to rival OC & Lau in LA, but I think it’s not even close. Seafood selection is limited. The salted egg yolk snails were tasty, but seafood quality doesn’t compare. The Angus beef sizzling plate pho was a surprise star! High-quality beef, grilled on a buttery iron plate—tender and fragrant! ⏰ Hours: Mon, Wed–Sun: 11:00–16:00, 17:00–22:00 | Tue: Closed 6️⃣ Oyster Bar A go-to every visit! Fresh ingredients, great flavor, excellent value. Went at 1 AM this time—still waited 2 hours!
