What to Eat This Weekend in Philly
Back at Parc again! This downtown Philly French bistro is one of the few Western restaurants I revisit often. Even after many visits, I still think their complimentary bread and butter are the bestâthe butter feels whipped with sugar and cream, fluffy and not too heavy. The bread basket alone could fill you halfway! đˇ Valentineâs Special Cocktail Called Paradise, gin-based and very sweetâmostly for the vibe. Honestly, I think I make better cocktails at home đ . đ˝ď¸ Chicken Liver Parfait Not my favorite. The liver spread is oddly both salty and sweetâtastes a bit off on bread. Not a strong recommend. đ˝ď¸ Crab and Avocado Salad Pretty tasty! The kitchen kindly split it for two. The crab meat is salty, but balances well with the fresh greensârefreshing and appetizing. Salad lovers should try. đ˝ď¸ Roasted Half Chicken Perfectly tender roasted chicken with a lightly sweet glaze. Comes with creamy, buttery mashed potatoesâso smooth! đ˝ď¸ Spaghetti Bolognese My go-to and never disappoints! Rich tomato-meat sauce with plenty of ground beef, served over perfectly al dente pastaâalways satisfying. #Philly #FrenchCuisine #TravelEats #PhillyLife #StudyInPhilly #PhillyEats #PhillyFood #PhillyFrench
