The skin is crispy, and the meat is tender, and the roasted potatoes with skin are also incredibly tasty 😋 ▫️ Semi-cooked homemade foie gras Don't miss the signature dish of foie gras. Spread the foie gras on the toasted bread, add some candied onions. The more you chew, the more fragrant it becomes, it's really addictive 🥹 ▫️ Burgundy Snails French baked snails covered with a thick layer of green sauce. The texture is bouncy, and dipping them in olive oil is out of this world. Initially, you might not be used to it, but soon you won't be able to stop 😭 ▫️ Caesar The Caesar salad includes romaine lettuce hearts, crispy chicken, avocado, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing.
