Who hasn't tried this 10€ Xinjiang-style Hand-Pulled Rice?

Although it's an Uzbek restaurant, the taste is exactly like Xinjiang hand-pulled rice! With a Google rating of 4.9, it's definitely worth a visit! 📍 Address: Uzbek Eats - Grunewaldstraße 35, 10823 Berlin 🍚 Lamb Hand-Pulled Rice for 10€: It includes lamb, beef, as well as red and yellow carrots, small chili peppers, chickpeas, and various dried fruits! The portion is quite large! The rice is perfectly cooked, with each grain distinct. The whole bowl looks oily, but it doesn't feel greasy when you eat it. The side dishes are very refreshing. The carrots and dried fruits add a touch of sweetness. Tip for girls with smaller appetites: You can share one portion with a friend. It's really filling! I had it at 1 p.m. and was still full at 8 p.m. 🥟 Dumplings for 10€: There are five dumplings in a portion, and they are quite large. The filling is beef mixed with a lot of onions. The skin is slightly thicker than that of Chinese soup dumplings, and there is some juice inside. They are topped with a layer of cheese, which is super fragrant, and a chili sauce (not spicy at all). 🫔 Samsa for 5€: It's a bit like Xinjiang baked buns. You can choose the meat filling yourself (the menu is in picture 8️⃣). There are also a lot of onions inside, but I still prefer the dumplings above. The flavor of the spices is a bit strong in this one. The only downside: The restaurant has limited seating, so don't go during peak meal times! Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the hand-pulled noodles this time, as they are no longer on the menu. #Berlin #BerlinCuisineRecommendation #BerlinExploration #BerlinTravel #WhatToEatInBerlin #BerlinFoodieCheckIn #BerlinTravel #BerlinFoodMap #XiaoXiaoFoodie
