Just a short bank holiday, but I quickly satisfied my cravings with all the amazing food you can’t get in Warsaw! Super happy! If you’re like me—enjoying both Western and Chinese food without being picky—this list is basically all you need for a delicious weekend in Berlin! 🥨 Food Guide Japanese Cuisine NOVEMBER Brasserie Better to reserve two days in advance for a good spot! Must-order: Sardine Sashimi and Basque Cheesecake. So good I wanted to take some away! 😋 Tak Kee & LIU Chengdu Noodles Perfect for satisfying Chinese food cravings! The former is great for Cantonese clay pot rice, but I personally love their Dry-Fried Beef Hor Fun and Fried Morning Glory with Fermented Tofu—Cantonese DNA activated! 🧬 LIU Noodles is ideal for a quick lunch bowl. Super satisfying! annelies - The Pancake King Located near the vintage street, so you can shop right after! Their pancakes and ham & egg sandwich are pure happiness. Truly lives up to its "king" title. 👑 ORA Restaurant & Wine Bar Aesthetic vibes! 🍷 The restaurant is retro-style, converted from an old pharmacy. Great for wine pairing—their oysters are delicious! Restaurant Maximilians Berlin - German Pork Knuckle You can’t visit Germany without trying roasted pork knuckle! So fragrant, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The pickles and pretzels on the side are amazing too! 🥨 ☕️ Early Coffee, Late Alcohol 6. Bonanza Coffee Mitte A reliable spot. Their Iced Cappuccino is unique! You can also grab a bag of coffee beans here before exploring the nearby shops. 👌 Wax On Ranked #29 in the world in 2023! I’ve been to several top 50 bars, but this was the first time I didn’t need a reservation or had to wait long. The vibe is great, and the drinks are refreshing. 🍸 The best thing about Berlin? Even the slightly trendy spots usually allow same-day reservations (or even walk-ins!). It feels unpretentious and practical. Even if you come just for the food, you won’t regret it!
