Lucky us! Our first meal in Switzerland was a total win. Before coming, friends made it sound like a food desert🌵—but it’s actually pretty great! 🍽 Must-Try Dishes: ▪️ Gitzi aus dem Ofen The lamb chops here are so tender and flavorful—no gaminess at all! You can choose between griddle-fried or braised, both are delicious. ▪️ 1/2 Poulet Half a roast chicken with grilled veggies (🥬🍆🫑🥕). A house specialty, though the chicken could’ve been more seasoned. The roasted veggies were perfect! ▪️ Steinpilzrisotto Creamy mushroom risotto with intense black truffle flavor—a must for truffle lovers! ▪️ Tiramisu (Off-menu!) Strong boozy notes, perfectly moist, with a balanced sweetness and bitterness. Ask for it even if it’s not on the menu! ▪️ Pizza (Tuna Recommended) Thin crust with a tangy tomato base, wood-fired to perfection 🍕.
