📍Why Does No One Talk About This Gorgeous Park in Salt Lake City? 🌾
First things first—you must drive yourself if you’re heading to Yellowstone! We stayed in Salt Lake City for a day and accidentally discovered an island stretching into the Great Salt Lake on the map… Turns out, it’s a park! Antelope Island State Park 🏞️ It’s about a 30-minute drive from downtown 🚗💨 Entry fee is $15 at the gate 🎟️ They’ll give you a map upon entry~ If you have time, there are tons of trails for hiking 🥾✨ The park has a hazy, almost surreal vibe ☁️ With rolling snow-capped mountains 🏔️ and mirror-like lakes Endless grassy fields 🌱 and gradient-colored mudflats Right now, most of the grass is still yellow, and the water level is relatively low I can’t even imagine how stunning it will be in a few months—so excited! 😍 The park is hardly crowded As soon as you enter, you’ll feel the views open up dramatically We even explored some sandy backroads by car 🚙💨 And encountered herds of big black bison crossing the road 🐮✨ Total time spent: about 2 hours ⏳ If you have time, it’s highly recommended! #TravelTheWorld #SaltLakeCity #AntelopeIslandStatePark #Yellowstone #YellowstoneRoadTrip #USTravel #HiddenGems #ScenicDrive
