with an excellent location and attentive staff. A must-visit! 🏨✨
This beautiful, quaint, and low-key hotel is just a block or two from Bourbon Street — making it the perfect place to stay. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel kindly stored my luggage so I could explore. The front desk recommended Envie (a lovely little breakfast spot) and the French Market (a charming open-air market just two blocks away, filled with great souvenirs and authentic local treats) — both were delightful!✨ In the evening, I met Rebecca at the front desk (I needed some water bottles and an extra blanket). She was warm, friendly, and genuinely engaging — we even chatted about my 💫hometown, and she listened with such care and interest. She quickly brought my items up and made sure I’d be comfortable for the night. With her sweet smile and charming Southern accent, I could have talked with her all evening — she reminded me of my mom. As we said goodbye, she said, “If you need anything else, I’ll be downstairs.”🔥 The next night, she was there again to greet me with that reassuring smile and even helped arrange a late checkout for the following day.🔥 The hotel beautifully preserves the historic charm of old New Orleans on the outside, while the interior feels modern, stylish, and full of Southern character. I can’t wait to stay here again, especially during Mardi Gras!✨ Thank you for making my stay so wonderful — and a special thanks to Rebecca, who truly made me feel at home.💫 Tanya Rauls #HotelReview #NewOrleans #SouthernHospitality #FrenchQuarter #TravelMemories #BoutiqueHotel
