I visited this place a while ago, and recently realized it looked familiar… turns out it’s the same French restaurant Taylor Swift dined at during her NOLA trip! 😍 Lillette has almost zero presence on social media, but my friend and I both agree: their Steak Frites come with the BEST fries we’ve ever had! 🥩🍟 Our server even guaranteed they were amazing—and they were so good we considered ordering another basket! They’re perfectly crispy on the outside but still fluffy inside—not oily, not soggy, just heavenly fries… 😇 🍖 Grilled Hanger Steak The steak was delicious, especially with a bit of melted bone marrow on top. But honestly, the fries stole the show! ✨ 🦆 Roasted Muscovy Duck Breast Perfectly cooked duck—tender, not dry or gamey. Perfect with bread, and the shrimp were plump and fresh. 🥗 Arugula Salad & Italian Wedding Soup Pretty standard, but decent. 🍫 Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse A solid dessert, though not mind-blowing. Overall, Lillette is a small, intimate spot serving French cuisine with an Italian twist. It’s tucked away in a quiet residential area on Magazine Street. 🌆 When we visited, the indoor seating was full, so we sat outside under string lights—which actually made it feel even more French and romantic! 🥖💖 The service was attentive, and the whole experience left a lasting impression.
