This place has officially become my favorite taco spot for work lunches 😍. It was a mix of pig ear and pork leg meat — the pork leg was lean, and the gelatinous texture of the pig ear balanced it perfectly. The pig ear wasn't crispy; instead, it was braised until tender and flavorful. One order comes with two corn tortillas 🫓 and a generous amount of meat — just right for one person. There’s a self-service condiment bar with cilantro, onions, chili sauce, pickled pepper slices, and pickled onions. My favorite combo: cilantro + chili sauce + a little pickled pepper + a squeeze of lime juice 🍋 — so refreshing and cuts through the richness perfectly!
