Redeeming points is really a bargain～ The cash price after tax fluctuates around $400-$600, so points redemption feels like getting it for free in comparison! 💰 I emailed the hotel before check-in mentioning it was my husband's birthday, and they upgraded us to a room with a direct river view (check out the cover photo—it's stunning! 🌊). As Discoverist members, we got two complimentary bottles of water and a late checkout until 2 PM—total win for lazy travelers～ These little touches really make a difference! 🥳 🏊‍♀️ About Facilities: Brand New, Perfect for Lazy Days The hotel is super new, with a sleek, modern design that oozes quality～ The pool area is a favorite—huge, comfortable loungers, soaking up the sun with an iced drink, pure vacation vibes . You could easily spend an afternoon here～ The rooftop restaurant bar julian is a must-try! We had both breakfast and dinner there —the steak was crispy outside and tender inside, the breakfast Eggs Benedict had the perfect runny yolk, and even the cocktails were both beautiful and delicious. No need to go out at all～ They also offer free bikes, perfect for exploring the historic district. Wind in your hair, taking in the sights—so relaxing! 🚲 📍 About Location: Walking Distance to All Highlights The location is unbeatable! It's just a 2-minute walk to Riverwalk —strolling to the river at night to enjoy the views and shops is so convenient～ Restaurants and attractions in the historic district are also within walking distance, no need to worry about transportation. Lazy travelers, this is for you! ❤️ The service is similar to other North American hotels—not amazing but solid. But in terms of facilities, location, and point value, Thompson Savannah is definitely a standout Hyatt property in Savannah.
