YongChuan Second Visit! Definitely Worth the Meal!(1) π½οΈ
A newly opened Chinese restaurant near the East Village that offers a fine dining experience. π’π It specializes in Ningbo cuisine, but I think friends from Jiangsu and Zhejiang will love it too! Steamed Small Yellow Croaker πΏπ The fish is incredibly fresh and tender. I highly recommend it for fish lovers. I'm the type who will always order steamed fish if it's on the menu. Old Duck and Bamboo Shoot Soup π’π In the dead of winter, you really need a bowl of duck soup. You might skip the meat, but the soup is a must-haveβit's so flavorful that you'll finish every last drop! πΏπ It warms you up from the inside out. In the summer, when it's too hot, I'm not as eager to drink it. Porgy Braised with Rice Cakes π’π The flavor is truly delicious. The broth is very fresh, and the rice cakes are soft, chewy, and perfectly cooked. I've loved porgy since I was a child; it really reminds me of home! πΏπ #NewYork ππ
