This place’s cold noodles, handmade king dumplings, and homemade blood sausage are top-notch🆙 in Toronto North, and you won’t find a similar Korean restaurant in the DT area for a while🥹 · The handmade king dumplings are even better than the ones at 【Myeongdong Knife-Cut Noodles and Dumplings】! 🌟The skin is thin and bouncy, with a light bite. The filling is generous, with pork, tofu, zucchini… lots of accessories, and a clean, mild flavor. · The cold noodles are the summer signature dish of the restaurant. According to my Korean family’s evaluation, “This cold noodle has once again surpassed the one we had at another store last time. Both are good, but this one is impeccable in both noodles and spicy sauce.” The cold noodle noodles are very fine, but they don’t get soggy when left standing. 🌟The homemade sweet spicy sauce really enhances the flavor. Be sure to patiently mix the noodles so that the spicy sauce coats every single noodle. The Korean family suggests that you first eat a bite of the plain mixed noodles, then add vinegar and wasabi sauce to upgrade the flavor! Their blood sausage is somewhat famous in the Korean community, and it’s rare to make it yourself. It’s completely different from the frozen blood sausage that most Korean restaurants buy. 🌟It’s particularly hearty, and maybe because it’s msg-free, the blood sausage tends to be on the dry side. Therefore, I recommend ordering blood sausage soup rice, which is more to the general taste. · After talking for so long, which place is this? It’s this one!
