Zurich🇨🇭 Must-Try Local Cheese Fondue!

Nothing can stop a Chinese girl with the motto "I'm already here!" 🔥 Fondue Trüffel Cheese Fondue with Truffle (CHF43.5) When it arrived, there was a slight gasoline aroma, which intrigued all the gasoline lovers! 🤩 The truffle slices were at the bottom of the pot, so you need to mix it well. There was a generous amount!👍 Dipping bread into it, the first few bites were creamy and delicious. However, it got saltier as I ate more. I'm not sure if this is unique to the truffle pot. If you don't like salty, you might want to try the original flavor. I also ordered some pan-fried beef cubes (CHF18.5), but it was unnecessary. The portion was tiny and the meat was dry and tough to chew. 😭 The table next to us ordered potatoes as a side dish. They used potatoes to scoop up the cheese, which looked like a fun way to enjoy it. 😂 🌶️I highly recommend adding a pinch of chili powder—it doubles the flavor!👍 🥔Kalbsgeschnätzelte Creamy Mushroom Beef Stew with Fried Potato Pancakes (CHF44.5) The cream flavor was quite strong, and the beef was a bit dry. 😭 This dish is supposed to be a must-order, but I thought it was just okay. The fried potato pancakes were pretty good though (potatoes are always delicious, right? 🤔). This is a famous spot, and a must-visit place! We were there on a Sunday, and the weather was terrible with several heavy downpours, but the enthusiasm of the tourists couldn't be dampened. There was always a long line outside the restaurant.
