Herat Restaurant — Restaurant in 9th District

Interesting restaurant. Have been there mid August 2022. Lunch time, restaurant inside was almost empty but the garden, which is the best part, was almost full. Got a traditional table under a tree. We ate chicken biryani, mutton biryani, salad, rice, naan, chicken wings and 4 juices. Total cost 1.250 Afgani. Very cheap. And quality of food really good. The menu is not the ideal for foreigners, hard to understand which dishes are from Herat and which ones are not. Staff di not speak English so... We went for biryani, next time we will try...
