Bar Restorant "Kristi" (tek Spiro) — Restaurant in Bashkia Pustec

We arrived a bit early (before 12:00) and so were the only guests at first. Locals arrived later at around twelve. We chose the Peshku Tavë for two, and it was wonderful! Carp pieces in a lofty herb sauce (from thyme, laurel, and other local herbs). Accompanied by Sallate Fshasi and local bread, this was the perfect brunch. Ranges among the top 3 meals we had during our 17-day tour, if not our favourite (discussions ongoing 😉 ). The staff/family were very friendly and attentive. It was also easy to communicate in English. The restaurant's garden has a very welcoming appeal, and it didn't disappoint 😋.
