Restorant "BALLKONI BYSHEKUT" — Restaurant in Elbasan Municipality

The restaurant is on a hill with a beautiful view. The garden itself is very nice also, with several places to sit. The interior of the restaurant is very charming too. The staff is very friendly. Although they only seem to speak Albanian, with little words they will go out of their way to make you happy. The food is really tasty. Elsewhere, the meat is often overcooked and too salty. It wasn’t too salty here, and very soft and tender with a good grill-taste. Besides meat, you could choose chicken. The table was filled with side dishes like the best fries I’ve had in Albania so far, tzatziki, salad, and a local specialty with liver. Bel posto sulla collina. Siamo arrivati i proprietari non parlavano inglese e alla fine abbiamo arrangiato per mangiare e il proprietario ci ha fatto il pollo (letteralmente tutto un pollo del loro pollaio). Ci hanno portato anche altre cose tra cui un’insalata, un’altra di peperoni e uno di yogurt. Devo dire che loro sono stati molto carini e al di là del cibo sono un po’ rimasta colpita dal prezzo (circa 35 euro) che per la zona e per quanto abbiamo pagato in giro per la citta, mi è sembrato...
