Agroturizëm Ndryshe — Restaurant in Tirana Municipality

We went there to celebrate a birthday! The service was good and the staff was friendly. However the food was terrible. We ordered Duck Fillet which was one of the most expensive things in the menu, and I was hoping to receive a nice meal. But got really disappointed, the meat was super dry and there was no taste. It felt like that piece of meat was not fresh at all or it was poorly cooked! Some of the appetizers which were supposed to represent the traditional dishes of Albania, were also really bad. They were nothing at all like the real traditional meals! Besides the fact that the restaurant donates the money they earn to the poor, everything else makes it hard for people to want to go back again. My family and I plan to never go back again there and I wanted to leave this review because we spent quite some money which we would have probably paid half less for even better food elsewhere. Do not visit this place if you want to enjoy the real traditional food of Albania! There are plenty of other amazing restaurants with so much...

Sadly we left with a bad experience. I telephoned them before going there to ask if there is free place to dine. They told me I can go. We waited 30 minutes outside and no one came to serve us! Later we went inside, same story, nobody wanted to take our order! We waited another 40 minutes, finally the waiter came and took our order but they didn't know if there were more Pizzas left. It took them another 20 minutes to find out if there were pizza left for our children! I have not tried the food so maybe this review doesn't represent the kitchen but really never want to try it anymore! So one deserved star is more than enough!

P.S. As e reply to your answer, I'm also sorry that I got a big dissapointment, had to travel a few hours to get there. Either ways, quantity of the staff does not matter, Im also in the gastronomy industry, I could see you had an engagement party in one corner, a few birthday parties etc. It's simple, do not accept a lot of a la carte guests if you can...

I was at this place and had a very unpleasant experience. Therefore I got here te have a look at the reviews, and what I generally read confirmed my experience. With my family we went to this place and while we sat to a table waited and waited. Three times we talked with different waiters to take the order but each one of them kept telling us that he/she wasn't the waiter of that table. We asked them to tell us to which waiter we should talk, or to notify him, but no one came. In no place in Albania I have ever encountered such a situation, even though sometime is normal to have a delay. The staff was rude and they were literally annoyed. Maybe they are overloaded or underpaid, however this doesn't justify this treatment. We felt very bad and even offended by this treatment, even due to the fact that we purposefully went there, knowing that since it is a social business, part of the profits goes for charity causes.
