Turkish kunafa — Restaurant in Blida

I recently visited this cafe, which is known for its specialty in baking Kunafa. I tried both the cheese and chocolate Kunafa. While both were tasty, I found the Kunafa to be a bit too sweet overall, and I personally preferred the cheese version over the chocolate.

The service, however, was fantastic! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made my experience enjoyable.

That being said, there were a couple of things I didn’t like. The interior design felt quite off—there were low-resolution images of Kunafa printed on the tables, which felt outdated and, frankly, cringey. Another issue was the strong oily smell inside. Since they bake the Kunafa on-site but don’t have proper ventilation (doors were closed), the smell just lingered, which wasn’t pleasant.

محل صغير مختص في الكنافة يستحق الزيارة للتحلية. الشباب ما شاء الله استقبال جيد و احسن شيئ انهم يخبرونك بوقت الانتظار. طلبت كنافة مكسرات ب 600دج و كنافة جبن ب 400دج و شاي ب 50 دج. وقت الانتظار 35دقيقة بحكم انها تطبخ عند الطلب. حقيقة الكنافة كانت 6/10 يعني جيدة ليست بجودة الكنافة في الشرق الاوسط و لكن باحتساب السعر فهي جيدة جدا. تستطيع اخذ ما تبقى اذا لم تستطع اكمالها. يمكنكم تحسين الخدمة بوضع مكيف و وحدة تهوية لان رائحة الزيت قوية نوعا ما. ايضا من الاحسن تحلية الكنافة بماء العسل حسب الطلب لكل...
