خيمة حمه للمأكولات التقليدية — Restaurant in Ghardaia

The chief is nice but not the server-a bit racist tbh- , the food is nice but not as shown in the pictures at all, it was extremely poor in terms of quantity compared to the pictures shown !!! We asked him about the vegetables in the couscos cuz they were too little and he refused to add any then the table next to us asked for the exact same thing and he brought them more which is disgusting!!!!! Also we wanted to sit in a small table that was empty and available cuz it's more comfy but they refused cuz we were only 2 and the table taked 4 people but that the restaurant was half empty, like they decide where do we stay although there are no other clients for the table of 4!!! The meat was nice too but unfortunately I do not recommend the restaurant and I wouldn't go back...

المقادير خبزة ونصف كسرة = سميد + ماء + ملح . تخلط هذه المواد مع بعضها وتعجن جيدا ثم تتطهى في الطاجين الطيني. غ فلفل حار = نقوم بشواء الفلفل وننزع منه البذور والقشور ثم نهرسه جيدا مع القليل من الثوم والكسبرة والملح . غ طماطم كعبات = تشوى وتنزع منها القشور ثم نهرسها جيدا نصف لتر ماء ساخن رأس ثوم ربع ربطة كسبرة أو 50 غ كسبر حبيبات طماطم مصبرة ملعقة أو أثنين طريقة الطهي :

أولا نقوم بتفتيت الكسرة ونضعها في المهراس الخشبي. ونضيف اليها الفلفل والطماطم والثوم . ونقوم بهرس هذه المكونات جيدا نضيف ملعقة أو اثنين طماطم مصبرة . ثم نضيف الماء بكميات قليلة أي أننا بين الحين والآخر من عملية الهرس نقوم بإضافة كمية من الماء الساخن. ثم نقوم بإضافةالكسبرة والملح . ونتم عملية...

Le restaurant est sûrement avec Tachaunivers les seuls qui proposent de la nourriture locale de la région. Le menu est simple sont proposés Couscous..Chakhcoukha ..zfiti et maghlougha ..salade et pain ftir.. cuisse de poulet en papillote et viande en papillote. L'assiette coûte entre 300et 400da pour les Plats à base de pâtes mais sans viande..La portion de poulet est à 350da et celle de viande à 700da.. ambiance cosy dans le style khaima ..Nous avons mangé trois ou quatre fois durant notre séjour et le service n'était pas toujours le même..le jeudi notamment le soir les serveurs étaient débordés.
