A Huge Disappointment!

Our visit to Le Petit Chalet was a complete letdown. First of all, getting there is a nightmare—the road is in terrible condition, and the location is far from pleasant. Upon arrival, there was no proper welcome, and the staff was almost non-existent. When we finally managed to place our order, the waiting time was ridiculously long.

As for the food, it was a huge disappointment—bland, with tiny portions that were far from satisfying. But the worst part? Prices are not listed on the menu! You only discover them when you get to the cashier… and that’s when the shock hits. The prices are outrageously high for such poor quality.

In short, this restaurant is not worth recommending. Terrible location, nonexistent service, disappointing food, and a shocking bill at the end. Definitely not an experience we’d...

Le Petit Chalet looked amazing on Instagram, but in reality it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service was careless and unprofessional from start to finish. The food was even worse: both the Borek Marin and the Gratin de Fruit de Mer had absolutely no seafood in them, despite us confirming with the waiter beforehand. We also ordered the seafood linguini, which came with only a couple of frozen shrimps and undercooked pasta. When we sent the gratin back, they still charged us for it.

Portions were small, the quality was poor, and nothing matched what was advertised. The only positive is the view, but everything else felt half-hearted and overpriced.

I would never recommend...

On the bright side, the view was absolutely amazing, especially with the sunset—it really made the experience special. The server was very kind and attentive, which we really appreciated.

I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the juice wasn’t natural, and also because the person at the register didn’t even greet us or say good evening when we went to pay. It felt a bit disrespectful, but to be fair, all the other staff members were wonderful and welcoming. Overall, a great place with a beautiful view and friendly service (except for that one person at...
