La Casa del Burger — Restaurant in Kouba

Poor client service, high prices, food doesn't match the posted photos on their social media accounts, takes too long to prepare even a burger, and the food isn't tasty at all.

1 star for the efforts made in vain.

Edit, reply : I shared my own experience, you asked what was the problem with the client service, for real? Your waiters, not all of them, have to learn how to 😊, not necessarily, however a simple smile can open hearts. Also, some people arrived after us but, they were served before. We had to wait too long for a burger to arrive, come on ! A Burger..... ,they also don't take notes of the orders, which results in them forgetting our orders. Let's not talk again about the taste. Instead of apologizing and feeling sorry some of your customers had to experience such disappointment, to gain them, I could see that you keep replying for 1 star reviews, telling them they're being dishonest. The fact that you have a 3.2 reviews average, tells a lot. I hope you can improve your quality service, and hire a community manager who knows how to deal with negative comments.

Très mauvaise expérience. Alors pour commencer le service 0. On arrive sur place le serveur nous demande de nous déplacer vers le magasin d'à côté car ils allaient nettoyer, sachant qu'il y avait encore des gens à l'intérieur et à notre surprise a laissé des gens rentré apres nous (mais bon on se dit ce n'est pas grave) mais ce dernier a laissé des gens rentré après nous. Une fois au deuxième local, le serveur désagréable, nous sert, puis commence à laver le sol, l'odeur du lave sol envahit la salle 🤷🏻🤷🏻. Alors le tacos pas du tout fameux (Yeg'hem) mzeyet et le goût 🙄🙄. La poutine à 600 da on a vu mieux. En résumé je n'y remettrai les pieds !!

Édit: En repose à vos accusations de mauvaise fois, je n'ai jamais dit qu'on m'a envoyé vers un autre restaurant, j'ai peut-être employé un mauvais mot en disant magasin, mais bon la question n'est pas là. Il y avait des personnes qui sont rentrées après nous vers le local auquel on nous a refusé l'accès, mais comme j'avais dit ce n'est pas un problème. Vous dites que vous ne faites pas le nettoyage pendant que les clients sont là, sauf que quand nous étions sur place le nettoyage était entrain de se faire. Ensuite, pour le choix des produits l'odeur était insupportable on n'utilise pas de lave sol au moment où les clients sont à table. Ensuite vous dites que vous avez un magasin à Kouba et l'autre je ne sais où je ne vois pas le rapport avec mon avis. Enfin il n'y a qu'à voir les avis les plus récents pour comprendre où se trouve le problème, ou toutes ces personnes sont de mauvaise foie?

Améliorez vous en cuisine et service avant de donner des leçons au clients
