Terraza Talatona - Restaurante Marisqueira — Restaurant in Luanda Province

I could have gone there many other times, we booked for an event for 40 people, the service was good and the food was amazing. Everything was going well until the so called owner was rude and inconvenient with his behaviour because he probably was expecting us with 40 people in 4 different tables to be completely quiet and could not stand, as per his words, everyone needed to be seated and do not speak freely.

He lacks emotional intelligence, disrespected my family and took the decision to suspend our orders while we were still making orders, because he is the owner.

Well, I have been in many restaurants around many places, but I was still got surprised by the disrespectful way clients were treated. He basically chose 4 clients (as apparently 1 client complained of noise) on behalf of 40.

So, good staff service, good food, bad and disrespectful owner. I definitely will stop...

Terraza is presenting itself as a fine dining aka place to be in Talatona / Luanda. When it comes to the food, they definitely hit the mark. Well presented, excellent flavors with a good variation on the usual Angolan / Portuguese dishes. Choices of meat, fish, ceviche and pastas.

Service wise there is something to improve. attitude from the waiter not the best: no customer focus and visibly showing annoyance.
