Let's start with the fact that these are not steaks, but fried (spoiled) pieces of meat. No one asks how well done they are. That is, this is a meat restaurant, not a steak restaurant. Not to mention that steaks are not served like that. They don't know how to cook meat. The price tag for such quality of food is very high, the waiters are literally standing next to you, which makes the atmosphere of communication, especially private, uncomfortable. I saw how the most expensive dishes are cooked (t-bone and tomahawk) - guys, someone has deceived you, this is not how they cook meat, take a cooking class. The icing on the cake was the inclusion in the bill of dishes that we did not order. They simply mixed up the tables. In general, I am unlikely to appear here again. When I order a steak I want a steak 2 cm minimum thik, med rare . Also no Captain Morgan dark Rum. Place it self is very nice and I believe it has a lot of potential. But as a Namibian we like steaks not minute steaks. Angola has a lot of off Shore people and I think they should focus more into international cuisine as well. Currently all restaurants cater for the locals only. This is my personal opinion it doesn't mean you need to...
