Here’s a bonus: the restaurant is open to everyone, even if you’re not staying at the resort. Just park under the portico at the entrance, and they’ll shuttle you down to the restaurant on a golf cart.

The Coconut & Banana Pancakes are to die for, especially with the unique soursop maple syrup—it’s truly a game-changer and an absolute MUST HAVE. The pancakes are fluffy, perfectly cooked, and paired with fresh bananas, berries, and whipped cream for the ultimate breakfast experience. The star of the dish was the soursop maple syrup—a tropical twist that added a unique and delightful flavor to this classic breakfast. Honestly, it’s probably one of the best breakfast meals I’ve ever had.

It’s hard to believe that visitors from other properties on the island can patronize this incredible restaurant. If it weren’t for the fact that we love staying at the Four Seasons - we would come to Bamboo just for the lunch if we stayed elsewhere. A bigger secret- the breakfast with the best Vegan options on the island - tofu scramble and the AXA shake which hotel guests are lining up for. The lunch never disappoints, the view of the ocean and white sand and no wait for the patio seats which are all under the shade is too good to miss- the Four Seasons Guests already know; great plant based burger option, great fries, live seafood bakes and fresh ice cream carts I’d be coming here every trip if I wasn’t staying at the hotel- since we stay here, we eat here...
