I've updated my rating to 2 stars because of the service. The food will always get a five-star rating from me but as someone who truly values quality service, I simply must leave this review. My last visit was last year for the last Seafood Friday. I normally call to order and I generally look out for notices indicating that phone orders will not be taken. Despite not seeing a notice and not being able to get through to place an order, I was not deterred as things happen. I decided to drive up to the Stadium and was prepared to place my order and endure the wait time. As usual, the workers are busy and moving and back and forth. Exercising lots of patience, I waited to be acknowledged and there was also another customer ahead of me waiting to order. After some time, I inquired if I could make an order and the person at the checkout area said she is not taking orders. I then asked a next lady who indicated, with explanation, that she doesn't deal with taking orders. I got to a point where I felt like I was begging to make an order. The last person I asked to make an order directed me back to the person who made it clear that she is not taking orders and so the customer ahead of me explained this to her... Still, nothing was done. Up to the time of writing this review, I am still in disbelief about the EXTREMELY Poor service that was rendered. I stood and I still waited for a bit, then I simply left as it was just unbelievable. Food is A1. I have never had a plate of food from this place that I can complain about. Food is very affordable. However, service needs a LOT of work. This is a popular spot here on island. And I regularly order delivery or pick up in person 2-3 times per week. I often have to call multiple times, before someone picks up the phone. My order is often left in the "pick up" area when delivery was very clearly requested. Wait time is horrible. I see no reason why if I make an order for pick up via the phone, come in person an hour later, and still have to wait another hour in line because it hasn't been served as yet or it was forgotten somewhere. Sometimes, waiting for so long that what I initially ordered has now run out and I'm either forced to pick from whatever is there or wait for them to make more. On more than one occasion I've left out of frustration before getting my meal. It's called "fast food" for a reason. Food is 10 stars! But customer service is equally important and that needs some...

The food was awesome. Presentation and taste sensational. The service was slow and very confusing. I like the fresh to order idea, but the front needs better communication with the back to have a better tracking system.
