Yo. Lemme tell y’all sum.
I pulled up to Crees Crazy Citchen thinkin’ it was gon’ be a lil mid spot wit attitude and vibes but no real FLAVOR. Y’all know the type - cute logo, wild name, food be tasting like cardboard with dreams.
I WAS WRONG.
First off - them BBQ wings?? Bro. One bite in and I started reevaluatin’ my whole life. That sauce was disrespectful in the best way. Sweet, smoky, sticky - had me lookin’ around like, “Yo who grandma in the kitchen?” I licked the bone CLEAN and held it like I was tryna collect evidence. That chicken was fallin’ off like my toxic ex’s lies.
Fries?? Man… them seasoned fries not regular fries. They was talkin’ to me. Each one had crunch, flavor, and a lil bit of hood wisdom. I swear I bit one and heard a whisper like “don’t go back to her, king.”
But THEN I bit into the crispy chicken taco and almost threw my phone. Chicken was so juicy it had me making noises I ain’t made since Popeyes had the chicken sandwich. I looked at the taco like, “You tryna be my girl or…?” Like why was it folded up so cute and loaded like that? I felt emotionally seen.
AND THE NACHOS?? Bruh… them crisp chicken nachos came out lookin’ like they were made in a lab. Chicken crunchy, cheese melty, chips solid like they trained for this. Every bite was like an intro track - no skips. I didn’t even talk for like 10 minutes, I was just focused, head down, locked in. I finished the whole tray and looked at the empty box like, “You did your job, soldier.”
Cree, if you readin’ this - you owe me NOTHING. I owe you child support. Food had no right being that GOOD.
I’ll be back. Hungry. Hoodie on. Ready for round 2. 10/10. Food so fire I made sure my car smelled like...

Read moreAbsolutely worth the hype! I found Cree's Crazy Citchen on Google Maps while staying nearby and decided to check it out. It’s a simple outdoor setup—but don’t let that fool you. The food is amazing. I ordered the Jerk Chicken Nachos and Sweet Onion Chicken wings. Both were super, super yummy and no, I could not finish both in one sitting as the portions were generous. Brady, the owner, is not only a great cook but also incredibly kind. Out of concern for me walking back alone in the dark (even though the streets are lit), especially as a lady visiting a new country, he offered to drive me back to my accommodation (4 minutes' drive - would have been a 14-minute walk). The place also has beautiful views overlooking St. John’s from different angles. Card payments (I used Visa) are accepted. Excellent food, service, and a view to match. Highly...
