Ounces Ice Cream Parlor & Grill — Restaurant in Antigua

Went here for food, the customer service from the lady taking orders was the worst I’ve experienced ever during any of my holidays. After receiving my food, I went up to order a soda, there was a line so I was waiting for my turn to pay. She proceeded to slammed it down in front of me after placing it in front of another customer and said “you didn’t see I place the drink there”. She then asked what I wanted because I was still in the line waiting and I was like I have to pay obviously. When she was confronted about being rude she first denied then apologised the second time she was confronted. However, as for the co worker that serves the food she was lovely to the point I even tipped her, wish I could’ve tipped more. If you’re ok holiday in Antigua don’t go here, she treats regulars nicely but rude I guess if you have an accent. The food was decent. Did not have the flavor ice cream o needed and the alternatives were scraped from the bottom & sides. Don't be afraid to have extra stuff. Focus on customer satisfaction and you'll be fine. The service was awesome and they were interactive. I suggest giving prizes so that folks will come to the Karaoke to participate instead of being a spectator. I ENDED UP HAVING TO LEAVE WITHOUT THE PIZZA!

I WAS LATE HALF HOUR TO MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF THIS! IMPOSSIBLE! And not an ounce of empathy from the staff.
