If you're seeking an exceptional culinary experience, look no further than Pan y Oliva at Zuelo. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. The welcoming atmosphere set the stage for what turned out to be a truly unforgettable dining adventure.
Led by the knowledgeable and gracious Ivana, we were treated to an olive oil tasting experience that was both educational and indulgent. Her passion for her craft was evident as she guided us through the nuances of each oil, ensuring a personalized experience that left a lasting impression.
Our server, Tomas, was a consummate professional, providing impeccable service as he expertly presented each dish and offered thoughtful wine pairings. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the menu only enhanced our dining experience.
The ambiance of Pan y Oliva is nothing short of enchanting—a perfect balance of simplicity and sophistication that invites you to linger and savor every moment. While pasta is their specialty, it was the trout that stole the show, leaving an indelible mark on our palates.
But the excellence doesn't end there. A visit to Zuelo isn't complete without a wine tasting at Bodega Santa Julia. Here, we were treated to an expertly curated selection of wines, accompanied by dynamic and informative explanations that deepened our appreciation for each varietal. The surprise of tasting wines not yet available on the market was the cherry on top of an already delightful experience.
In conclusion, a visit to Zuelo, encompassing both Pan y Oliva and Bodega Santa Julia, promises an extraordinary culinary journey that delights the senses and leaves you longing for more. I cannot recommend it highly enough for those seeking a unique and memorable dining...

Recomiendo visitar Pan y Oliva. Tiene buenos precios y se come espectacular.

It was a nice albeit a bit brief but the tasting itself was very interesting, I never thought that there was so much to the taste of olive oil. Another nice thing: if you have a tour of Santa Julia winery that same day - you get 15% discount for the wine&gift shop...
