Excellent place with excellent people and service. We did trekking and rappelling, our guide was super chill and experimented, all the staff was friendly and welcoming. We also ate at the restaurant next to it and the food was A M A Z I N G: We paid $960 pesos (August 20, 2018. At the time, this is $32 USD) for a whole meal for two; we had two empanadas each as an entree, lomo marinated with a Malbec sauce with fries and assorted sauteed veggies as main plate, and flan + café con leche for dessert. We had an awesome time with Cynthia the guide and the rest of the crew. Cynthia checked in with us about how wild we wanted it to get and was very flexible in making the adventure more exciting if we wanted. She also checked in with each individual to make sure they were happy and satisfied. 6 to a boat felt quite safe but still mad fun... the scenery is also breath taking. Hacer rafting fue excelente, ahora paso a detallar lo que no me gustó. Al restó llegamos alrededor de las 12 del mediodía, horario normal de almuerzo, pero no, en ese restó recién estaban poniendo los cubiertos con toda la paja del mundo, entonces decidimos sentarnos afuera, momento en que el personal se nos acercó para sacarnos de ahí xq estaba reservado. Para entonces nos sentamos en unas reposeras, estuvimos 30 minutos esperando, nadie nos atendió, entonces decidimos ir adentro, donde por otros 15 minutos nadie se nos acercó. Después almorzamos, rica la comida, pero al momento de abonar solo tienen efectivo y mercado pago. Eso no es nada en comparación a que la propina del personal (11% estilo Nueva York) estaba incluida en el ticket. Es para putearlos, nos cagaron una vez. Más nunca más. Con el servicio que dieron (que parecía que había que pedirles por favor que te den una birra fría) malísimo y sobrador, encima había que darles el 10% de propina ? Mira, si la atención era buena seguramente ganarían fácilmente esa propina y más, pero no, te hacían esperar como si estás por comprar un Rolex jajajajaja.
