Having been all over the world I can honestly say this is an incredible world class restaurant, one of the best I've ever been to. They started me off with breadsticks and eggplant pâté and sent out two amuse-bouches, one of which had a delicate, slightly sweet sesame crisp on top. It reminded me of the sesame candies I loved as a kid (but what an elevated version!) I had several glasses of the Malma family reserve malbec, an outstanding wine to have available by the glass. The langoustine starter is the best langoustine dish I've had...enough for a meal... and the combination of crisp, slightly sweet pickles with greens, blue cheese, etc. is inspired! Beautiful dish. Next I tried the gnocchi cacio e pepe, a fresh new take on an old favorite (the whole peppercorns take this decadent Italian dish over the top). I was going to leave but was encouraged to have some dessert (so few restaurants do this, I like to be offered everything, from apero to digestif), I'm so glad I said yes, finished off with a beautiful poached pear with drizzles of chocolate and a few other special touches. The owner and chef is a beautiful human being, you can see that she puts her heart and soul into every dish, every decor item...I even loved the plates and glasses. This hidden gem is my favorite find in Bariloche. From beginning to end, everyone I ran into or interacted with onsite was warm and welcoming....

For you to call us scammers is quite something! Scammers! What is wrong with you?
Three of us went to eat at your restaurant, after two hours from leaving, we were all vomiting and having heavy diarrhea.
What do you make of that?
We believe that you have the very highest standards, but perhaps some mistake was made, maybe not directly by you but by one of your providers. Don’t you think it’s a rather crazy coincidence that 3 people go to your restaurant (which was completely empty besides us) and those 3 people are very sick on the same night?
In the United States, we would have gotten our money back immediately, or at least a more understanding response. Instead you’ve just been defending yourselves and calling us scammers, it’s absurd!

About an hour after we finished eating, the 3 of us felt incredibly sick, we proceeded to vomit and have terrible diarrhea the whole night, and the next day. We had basically fasted all day, because we wanted to be very hungry for the big feast. And the three of us were incredibly sick, clearly food poisoned. When we wrote to them asking to please give us a refund, they refused. The meal cost us about 100 USD per person.
