This is the only review I've ever written here, and feel compelled to do so because the place is so bad. Despite its gorgeous marina lake view and massive, beautiful trees, folk will want to avoid this tea house: . Service is slow and cranky (a lot of huffs towards guests and not a single smile in employee's faces, which we all know is an indicator of a bad work environment); . The decor tries to go for shabby chic (a style I love) but is in fact a bunch of broken and stained chairs and couches -the couch we were sitting on literally had the arm rests removed and pointy bits of wood coming out, which felt like an accident waiting to happen, considering I was with my 3 year-old niece. . Both the coffee and apple crumble I had were OK but not particularly good; . Prices were INSANE: I paid £8 for a small coffee (and no, they didn't have plant-based milk) and £10 for a teapot for one. Two medialunas with ham and cheese were £18 which for a snack is ludicrous They don't have discounts for residents (decent local businesses tend to do this in Bariloche) and their greenspace is needing some TLC. Worst part, they have taken over the lake front which is indeed public -not private- property. I love an afternoon tea experience, but this one is worth missing out on. Would have much rather paid those prices in a place like Bellvue (close to the Llao Llao) where despite tables having a slot of 45min max, the gardens are stunning, food is excellent and everything...

This is a beautiful house at an amazing location but run by the wrong management. Saturday afternoon (in March 2025) at 2pm there were only 3 other guests which says a lot already. Waiter didn't acknowledge my arrival and when clearing the table (from previous guests) he completely ignored me and it seemed to bother him that he had to work which he clearly displayed by the way he cleared the table. It was almost comical. After waiting for a couple of minutes to receive a menu and with the bad reviews I had previously read in mind, I decided to leave. Fui el Lunes por segunda vez. Mi primer experiencia en Enya: Hace 2 meses festejamos el cumpleaños de mi tía. El chico que nos atendió muy amable pero probablemente era nuevo o muy distraido (eramos 7) Mi sobrino pidió tostadas blancas y le trajeron integrales (se las cambiaron) Con mi padre pedimos chocolate caliente y nos trajeron submarino, la moza que los trajo lo confirmó y se retiró para cambiarlos pero volvió informando que de la cocina le comunicaron que era chocolate solo que lo habían preparado de una forma diferente (?) (eso era submarino por dónde se mire) lo tomamos igual pero no es lo mismo que el chocolate... La cumpleañera nunca recibió su pedido, incluso familiares que llegaron más tarde ya se encontraban comiendo y ella nada... por lo que consultamos y resultó ser que se habían olvidado. Finalmente lo recibió pero tampoco era lo que había pedido! Lo recibió de todas formas porque el resto ya habíamos terminado de comer y la idea era al finalizar dar un paseo por la orilla del lago (tiene muelle y rampa) pero demoraron tanto que se hizo de noche. Pese a esto, disfrutamos su cumpleaños ya que le pusimos humor y comenzamos a hacer chistes sobre lo que sucedía; aunque fue bastante molesto. Quiero destacar el scon de queso que es muy rico! El lugar es muy bonito, tiene bosque y vista al lago. Mi tía ya lo conocía, por eso lo eligió para festejar su cumpleaños. Además ama los gatos y hay una gata muy mimosa dando vueltas. Mi segunda experiencia en Enya: A pesar de la primer experiencia decidí darle una segunda oportunidad al lugar y volví por la belleza tanto interior como exterior y por los scons de queso! Pedí nuevamente chocolate caliente y esta vez si era chocolate!! Y estaba muy rico, ahora agregaron a la carta scons de queso con jamón crudo y rúcula que estaba riquísimo. La moza muy amable y trajo todo tal cual le pedimos, ninguna confusión, no demoraron tanto como la vez pasada y nos permitió disfrutar con luz de día el lago al salir. Asique se...
