I will share my experience with Patagonia for everyone who’s interested.

First of all, I will talk about the waiting for our food, and deserts. The service was not that great and we wait for our food almost 40-50 minutes. Later, we order some dessert, that also took around 30 minutes.

About the food, I will specifically talk about my plate, Pastel Pulled Pork. Overall : 4/10 It was poorly seasoned, all the plate was mainly sweet potatos that looked more like mashed potatoes than a Pastel. It was not really tasty, almost unflavored. I wouldn’t serve it like a main dish.

The dessert was alright, overall 7/10. Not really anything remarkable. Maybe if the chocolate could’ve been serve a little bit warmer and not cold, could really make a nice contrast between the ice cream and the chocolate. Though, the frutos rojos (berries) were really tasty.

The atmosphere was pretty good, the place is cozy and really nice.

My overall opinion is:

If you are coming for a beer, I would recommend. The beer is quite good, and the place is great for a chill time. Now, if you are coming looking for somewhere to eat, I suggest that you look for other places. The menu doesn’t have a lot of options, the food was late, and it was pricey. I will give credit that they have some gluten free and vegetarian alternatives. Also some kids menu. But as I said, you have several different options that you can eat with the same price.

That’s all, I think the food could use some work. Hope the service improves. Nice place for some beers with friends...

The brewery is beautifully located, but it's very crowded and overwhelmingly touristy. The restrooms were dirty, and parking was quite limited. Furthermore, not all products were available; for instance, there was no non-alcoholic beer at the front stand.

The worst part, however, was the service. The staff were surprisingly unfriendly and not customer-oriented, giving off the impression that they considered themselves superior. This was evident at the reception, in the so-called Mercado, and at the tap station.

We were traveling with our baby and only wanted to buy two cans of the new non-alcoholic beer to take home, which was suggested as possible at the entrance. We paid the entrance fee of 5000 per person, which was issued as a voucher. Unfortunately, we couldn't redeem it in the Mercado as planned, and we were not informed initially—contrary to the claim made by the lady at the entrance that they always mention this. We even asked specifically!

At just one of the stands, we finally received the desired drink, but it was given to us in a plastic cup (which was not our intention), and we had to pay extra for that as well. In the end, we left with significantly higher costs and without a closed drink to take home.

This is a glorified tourist trap. We tried to go here on the recommendation of our fishing guide. He said the food wasn’t that great but the view was worth it so, we figured we’d give it a shot. First, if you arrive by car, you have to park halfway down the road to get near the place. Then, if you can stand the stench of the septic tank for 50m, you may make it to the front door where you’ll promptly be greeted by the rudest host that ever held such a position. Seeing through the door that there were a dozen or so open seats at the bar, we attempted to walk in, but were halted at the door by said host who — barely making eye contact — dismissed us with a wave and told us that, at 2pm, we required a reservation to even enter the premises. This, despite all of us looking right at the completely empty bar. Everyone in Bariloche is beyond nice and welcoming, so this kid’s attitude was not only unexpected, but unacceptable for a place so clearly dependent on tourists. Rather than even consider making or waiting for a reservation, we were so turned off, we simply turned around and left. But not before using the bathrooms, which are OUTSIDE and FREEZING.
