Jolly place in the heart of town. Old and comfortable. Built in 1911 and a popular place with the local. The food is good and the staff professional. We ordered the ceviche which was okay. The rack of lamb was delicious. (This is an edit and I have changed my ratings). We stopped by three days later and the food was horrible...The same rack of lamb was so overcooked and dry I could not eat it... Fuimos en varias oportunidades, es necesario reservar. En todos los casos determinamos el menú completo a los 5 minutos de haber llegado. Aún así, y aunque lleguemos a primera hora siendo los primeros, el servicio es sumamente demorado. Nunca pudimos comer en menos de 2 horas, lo cual es excesivo aun pidiendo el menú ejecutivo del mediodía. Al mediodía hay un solo mozo muy simpático. A la noche son varios, pero no se destaca la atención. Teníamos una reserva en la cual a primera hora de la mañana habíamos cambiado el horario y no registraron el cambio, por lo que nos dieron de baja la reserva, lo cual fue sumamente incómodo y no podían comenzar a marchar el menú encontrándonos en espera en la barra.
