La Cabaña Beer Point — Restaurant in Ushuaia

Cosy, unique spot at the base of the Martial Glacier, right by the Cabaña Casa de Té and the visitor centre. Perfect for a drink and a snack after a hike. Something to look at, everywhere you look! The garden and outside bar look magical for the summer months, and the bathroom was surprisingly elegant.

Four draft taps at the time of visiting, with IPA, blond and dubbel on, at a very reasonable ARS 3,000-3,800. Other options in cans and bottles (though bottles are expensive compared to other places, e.g. ARS 6,800 for Cape Horn 500ml. It's a beautiful location though, so hard to begrudge paying a bit more on bottles. Growler fills also available.

Staff friendly and helpful. The the meat and veggie empanadas (ARS 2,000 per empanada) were delicious, and the full meals going past...

Amei esse barzinho, descobrimos por acaso e foi um dos lugares que mais gostamos no Ushuaia. Se programe para terminar o passeio do Cerro Martial e tomar uma boa cerveja artesanal por lá. É um barzinho com pegada rock surf, tem umas porções pra beliscar, pizza, hambúrguer, não são tantas opções, mas atende bem. Ele tem um parte interna, que é pequena e a externa que é bem maior. Fica pra baixo da casa de chá. Tivemos a feliz surpresa de estarmos indo embora e chegar uma banda para tocar, resolvemos ficar para vê-los e amamos. A banda começou tarde, umas 22:30h mas valeu a pena. É bem tranquilo pra pedir uber na volta (mais tarde). No Ushuaia todo não tivemos nenhum problema com deslocamento (uber), fomos com a Internet do brasil (vivo) e funcionou muito bem em todos os lugares. Ah, eles também emprestam aquelas cobertinhas para o frio. Enfim,...
