The worst restaurant, the worst service. They tried in every possible way to ruin our wedding, which, of course, they failed to do. We had warned them in advance not to bring in the barbecue with dancing, but since it was a way for them to squeeze money out of the best man, they didn’t care about the client’s request and during the wedding brought it in with dancing anyway. The Godfather didn’t pay, because a) he was a foreigner and didn’t know about such “traditions,” b) we didn’t warn him, because if the restaurant breaks the rules just for money, then it shouldn’t get any money at all. What’s more, another waiter actually APPROACHED THE GUESTS and STARTED COMPLAINING about Godfather, saying that supposedly such a thing had never happened before, that a best man refused to pay. 🙄 At the very last moment (20 minutes before the guests arrived), the restaurant refused to put the desserts on the table for the champagne toast. After we paid extra, they agreed, BUT somehow A SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE DESSERTS JUST “DISAPPEARED” and were not placed on the table. 🙃 An entire tier of the wedding cake fell on the floor (I even suspect it was done on purpose). The service was so poor that even the bride’s and groom’s table didn’t get any cake or coffee offered. The lights went out 4–5 times, allegedly because of heavy rain. But strangely enough, after some “intervention,” the weather no longer affected the electricity. We wanted the entrance to be organized outside, as we wished, but they refused, supposedly so that the desserts wouldn’t be left under the sun. Those same desserts that, in the end, were never even put out.))) The flowers of the best man’s wife “disappeared,” and only after some unpleasant talk were they brought back and returned to their place. In front of a guest, they took the cognac off the table, and only after his demand was it returned. I’m not even mentioning the rude behavior of some waiters and their way of speaking to people with grimaces and mocking expressions. The calculation for tables is done in a strange way: if 10 people sit at a table, you still pay for 12.
In short — simply a disgraceful place, disgraceful service, disgraceful attitude towards everything. Stay away from here if you don’t want to remember your special occasions in the worst...

Tsirani Restaurant has a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere — that was honestly the highlight of our visit. The first time we dined there, most of the food was delicious except for the dolma, which unfortunately came out raw. Since it was the last dish and we were already full, we simply informed the waiter but didn’t ask for a replacement. However, nothing was done — no apology, no compensation.
We gave them another chance and returned a second time. Before ordering, we specifically reminded the waiter about our previous experience and kindly asked that they ensure the dolma is fully and evenly cooked this time.
Sadly, the same issue happened again. The dolma was raw inside. The waiter acknowledged it and took the plate back, but instead of preparing a fresh dish, they just re-cooked the same one. When it was returned, the taste was diluted and watery from being reheated, and even then, several pieces were still undercooked.
We didn’t eat it and asked for the dish to be removed from the bill — but they refused. No replacement was offered, no discount was given, and not even a simple apology.
It’s disappointing to have such a beautiful location paired with careless service. We expected better hospitality, especially after giving the restaurant a...

We have been there in 2018, it was great restaurant. We repeated this year, on June 1 2019, Saturday. The menu for 16 people, 160,000 AMD. But the quality of food was terrible. First, different salads, about 10 type, typically national, all of them were terrible-terrible. we did not eat. Then hot dish - a slow cooked half-lamb, wrapped in the foil and cooked over the open fire. When it was still hot, eatable, though not tasty. But when it was cold, absolutely not eatable. Vodka? They offered apricot flavored vodka, with nasty taste, slightly reminded something of apricot, cheep moonshine. I would never buy such beverage for my house. Environment? Dirty. Plenty of huge flies over the dishes. Noisy - half...
