During my recent visit to Yasaman, I was truly blown away by the exceptional dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, blending modern elegance with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The menu at Yasaman offers a delightful selection of dishes, each prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. I started with the eggplant rolls, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned, followed by the lamb kebab that was tender, flavorful, and simply melted in my mouth. Every bite was a testament to the quality of ingredients and the skill of the kitchen staff.

However, what made the experience truly outstanding was the service, particularly from our waiter, Davit. He was not only knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations, but also genuinely attentive to our needs throughout the evening. Davit’s warm demeanor and impeccable service added a personal touch that elevated our meal from great to unforgettable. He made sure that every detail was perfect, and his friendly attitude made us feel like valued guests.

A few days in advance, we made a reservation for a table. During that time, we were informed that they couldn’t reserve tables outside the building. Upon our arrival, we noticed vacant outdoor tables. When we inquired with the manager, a woman with short hair (whose name we didn’t know as she lacked a badge), she stated that these tables were reserved for guests who had placed orders over the phone. She mentioned that if we wanted to sit outside, we would need to wait. However, she also mentioned that if we placed an order, our table couldn’t be moved. We found this situation absurd and received the response “than laugh” («Ծիծաղելի ա:», «-Դե ծիծաղեք»), which seemed very disrespectful coming from someone who identified as a manager. After spending a few hours there, we observed the same person treating other guests in a similar manner. Thankfully, the other staff members were friendly and helpful. It’s important that the employees are trained in customer service and treat guests with respect, rather than poorly. Unfortunately, we’re unlikely to return to this establishment, but if we do, we hope not to encounter that particular individual...
