It’s funny how you had to change your first response where you called me a liar, that’s unprofessional and childish behavior. The food took more than 15 minutes to arrive, and when we asked to change the drinks to cola, the waiter told us we had to pay extra and even showed us the price on the menu. I don’t care what lemonade is called in your country or anywhere else, this should be made clear to foreign guests by labeling it differently so it’s not confused with the worldwide known “lemonade.”

After struggling for 10 minutes trying to communicate with your waiter, you finally came over, but instead of helping in a professional way, you spoke to us as if you were sick or annoyed. This is not how a restaurant manager or owner should treat paying customers.

For the record, I have written more than 400 reviews and most of them are 5 stars. I don’t post reviews just to harm businesses or lower ratings, I share honest experiences. This is my genuine review, and people like you should not ruin other people’s holidays with such an unwelcoming, miserable attitude. If you can’t handle real negative feedback, then maybe you shouldn’t be running a restaurant at all. ———— Update 1: Your reply speaks volumes about your service and only confirms my original point. I anticipated you would accuse me of lying—that’s why I made sure to take another photo while I was in the restaurant. —— Terrible experience. Принесли салат с волосом, но без проблем заменили. Картошка фри была слегка не готовая. У рыбы отсутствовал вкус «мангала», но в целом, норм приготовленная. В общем, уровень обычного курортного кафе. На троечку. Не рекомендую
