Artsakh Cafe Արցախ — Restaurant in Vanadzor

I went there but couldn't even force myself to sit , the place is a huge hall, scattered with tables, white colour lights, high ceiling... it was not at all the place where you want to go for a drink or a coffee. The location is very nice and have a lovely view. The second floor is even worse! Check the photos.
