Mic Mac Burger — Restaurant in Yerevan

The food is great, but as others places they don't take responsibility when working with Glovo.

Glovo says it's restaurants responsibility that food is cold or as now I was informed the food is cold due to "black Friday)(is Saturday) and Restaurant says you need to contact Glovo.

In the ends it's nobody's fault and my money/time is wasted

Edit: Before they(if they even care on client feedback) read the comment or respond that they offered to solve the issue with redelivery. I'd like to clarify that it was after I called them 3 times, called Glovo and messaged Glovo numerous times. They stated after 1st call that they'll call me back(they never did and I called them 20 minutes later) and 50 minutes later they offered to redeliver.

Urban Burger Diner Style. I really liked the atmosphere, very friendly people. The food is fast but of course with a lot of quality. I really enjoyed the food and appetizers, and I could easily say this is they have the best burgers in Armenia. I would really recommend you go and give it a try. The best burger in town! Something strange happened in one of my visits, I asked to cut the burgers in half so I can share with my friend, they said we cannot but we can give you a knife so you can cut it. Ok then use the same knife to cut it, again they said it's not possible. I just want to understand the logic...
