Ashoka Biryani — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

This was my first and last visit to this worst place as I went there accidentally with my family for dinner. The restaurant is being managed by bunch of highly unprofessional persons. When you enter you find the place you find the lift is not working. Anyway when you struggle and reach the restaurant you find the place too noisy like a fish market. Anyway we managed a small table and ordered food Boneless butter chicken, jeera rice etc. With their mercy they delivered BUTTER CHICKEN WITH BONE, PLAIN RICE. When we complaint that we ordered something else and getting other items of food, their reply was that the stock has exhausted and we will have to eat as per their choice of availability. This is not all, they served left over onion pieces, when I asked them to replace it thin slices of onion, they couldn't do it as onions were also exhausted from their kitchen.

I asked them to provide them with the feedback register, the so called Manager of the hotel was telling that it is kept in the ground floor with the gate keeper, but when I insisted with authority to bring the register to the restaurant. They were left with no other option, they brought a new register claiming that this was their complaint registers.

This is the worst place never visit to this place, either you may go to any normal restaurant there you will get the value for your money.

I saw many negative reviews for this group while posting my review, they never bother to read or reply to your review, the same will happen to this review...

WORST. They are NOT able to serve.

Ashoka is a chain of restaurants and I have visited all of their 6 outlets but this Bhilai branch can't get any worst. Even Pachpedinaka brach is far far better than this One of the waiter was immodest enough to cancel my order himself

He literally said " Vo order nhi aaega Maine cancle krne dol diya".. when I asked the reason why.. he again repeated " Nhi aaega ab vo apka ho gya itna hi tha".

I complaint the senior manager and he apologized for my well ruined evening which I politely refused to accept. Biryani was served without gravy and curd You must wait 20 mins for cutlery and  lemon to be served with your unflavoured biryani Waiters ka akad was skyrocketing

I can't handle this arrogance specially when I'm paying for the services. Food was tasteless and was served very late. VERY LATE Chicken not tender We waited 35 mins.+ for the order to be served that too cold I recommend visiting the place after a month atleast maybe then we can expect the services to get better.

I was so excited that finally we are having Ashoka in Bhilai but totally left Heartbroken Dissatisfied. Really Disappointed. It is not even...

My experience very bad Last Sunday 15 sep 24 visit the Nehru Nagar Shop with my family n order fruit raita,veg biryani and chicken biryani but serve only veg biryani and chicken biryani after three to four time request to service manager they are not serve fruit salad all the dinner finished they served fruit salad served fruit salad and we had efuse the fruit salad A part from that dinner start to end they are not serve water glass I think water glass mandatory things on dinner table Service manager reply to me "sir Sunday our kitchen very busy" as per my knowledge water glass not kitchen related equipment And also write on feedback register regarding matter At the end " We are marked best example of worst service" My family all the time during the dinner water drink directly through water bottle This is my first n last experience with Ashoka biryani Nehru Nagar Bhilai All the dinner photos available with me it showing no any water glass on dinner table Improve your service level than...
