Kelly’s Top Pub Aberdeen — Restaurant in Aberdeen

Kelly’s Top Pub is certainly not top! We were passing through Aberdeen when my 69 year old husband, who has a bung knee and was obviously limping, asked the bartender whether he could use the bathroom. The bartender refused him and said to go to the park across the road. After crossing the highway and searching up and down the park, we found a sign saying the toilets were 825m down the road! No wonder there wasn’t anyone in this pub, we noticed they were in another pub down the road near the toilet block. The bartender’s attitude and lack of empathy was pathetic! My family, and I along with all our friends will never be back. What ever happened to rural hospitality? We’re from Sydney and we have never encountered such rudeness from hoteliers such as this. Great country pub , had a beer and a laugh with the locals then had a great pasta meal and stayed in a nice air conditioned room , the shared bathroom was clean and had a great shower with plenty of pressure... And the host were brilliant..... Can't...

Absolutely wonderful place with reasonable if not cheap prices. Had an amzibg chat with the publicans ecen got one to pull a prabk on my mate for his birthday (the classic fake barring). Would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the classic...
