Asian Central Salisbury - Temporarily Closed — Restaurant in Adelaide

So disappointed. Had the creamy garlic chicken, the sauce was so good but the chicken was like rubber. We asked for mild chilli on another meal and it was more medium to hot. No one came to see how are meals were. When the waitress came over to clear the table she saw the full plates and asked if we wanted takeaway. I responded no and explained my disappointment about the creamy chicken dish. She replied okay and took the plate- she didn't acknowledge my feedback and didn't return to our table. I was so hoping to have a great meal at this location as I've heard such glowing reviews. I'd normally give a place a second chance if I receive a not so great meal, however this will not be happening with this restaurant due to the lack of customer service.

Really disappointed the menu looked so good but didn't deliver. Had the grilled octopus for entree but was served cold , the main was the duck that was quiet tasty but quite tough. My Friend's main was a spicy chicken dish but came out quite mild. The staff looked over run as it was very busy, we arrived at about 6.50pm and never got our mains until 9pm. Overall it wasn't good and the poor waitress was so upset because we complained about the service and she had copped it from a lot of other customers prior which shows how the night was such a failure on their behalf. Asian Central has a great selection of asian food options where you decide the meat type for the style of dish you want. My current favourite is hot chilli noodles, extra hot (meaning it has extra fresh birds eye chilli mixed in) with prawns (big and juicy with the last bit of the tail left on) but everything on the menu is great. I haven't personally tried everything on the menu and certainly not in every combination as that's a lot of visits.
