Often go for coffee at this spot when I’m in the area for work. The coffee is good (from a great local roaster). It’s a nice atmosphere that the locals obviously love. It’s a nice little oasis in a random part of Adelaide really. Nice artwork on the walls, some locally made gifts to buy and a nice outdoor area. A couple of gripes….I seem to get a very hit and miss attitude (funny enough from the city one also). Despite always being very nice (given I work in the industry).bits either lovely and friendly or it’s a vibe of why are you here. A couple of other issues, the pricing it outdated for takeaway coffee, and I have had coffee that was perfect and I’ve also had it (like today) extra hot, something I don’t really like.

Friendly staff, great vibes and great coffee! I could probably leave it at that but I’ll give a little bit more detail. As soon as I entered the shop it felt warm and inviting beautiful ambient light filtering through the windows out the front plenty of space to find a seat and while there was several tables taken and people speaking, it didn’t feel loud inside which speaks to maybe how they’ve sorted the acoustics out. Was greeted by two lovely young ladies. One of them took my order. The other made it while I waited. I had a look around at the fresh flowers and couple different items that could be purchase. I got my coffee and with the first sip new it was a good one! Will for sure be back when I’m in the area..

My wife and I decided to try this cafe after the recent Anzac Day dawn service. It is very clean and was well organised. There was not enough staff on to cope, however the staff that were on made our visit still worthy of giving 5 stars for service. I ate one of the best muffins I have ever eaten and my wife had eggs and bacon. The food was amazing. There is a lot of echo and the cafe was full so it was very hard to hear my wife whilst we were there. Next time we will sit outside. Definitely will be back though.

Came for a takeaway coffee on the weekend and was appalled by the service. I saw another reviewer state that they sometimes give the vibe of 'why are you here?" and that is exactly what I felt.

A young girl with a full head of braids took our order and was extremely standoffish and unfriendly - but was full smiles for the customer behind us. I also spotted her make a face at her fellow co-workers after speaking to a customer which I found extremely unprofessional. A note to her if she sees this - if you don't enjoy serving, please get out of the hospitality industry.

She also took our name down for the order, but when the order was complete she didn't call out our name or even let us know it was ready, the barista saw us waiting around and had to ask us if we had ordered iced lattes.

Unfortunately the iced lattes were also rather average, or at least not to my liking. Overly bitter and...

I have been here twice now and its so great. Their vibe is really 'come as you are' and enjoy your time. Its great to watch locals come in and be greeted from afar, with their coffee orders already on the lips on the barista's as they approach the service point.

Thats the kind of place I love to hang out at, a place that is a part of a community, and you can taste the love in what they prepare for those who hang out there. I had the open bagel with smoked salmon and its was noice. Very noice.

Only downfall is inside noise levels. With their schmick polished floors, there is rebounding sound when multiple people and kitchen meal excitement happening. But that just means to snuggle in close to those you are...
