Cheesy Bite — Restaurant in Adelaide

Used to be Robbie's pizza. For $18 I could get a large pizza, garlic bread loaf and a can of coke. The pizzas were always amazing. Lots of thick topping and were actual gourmet. This is meant to be a 'gourmet ' bbq chicken pizza. I paid over $20 for a large pizza and three slices of bread with garlic butter. The pizza took forever and when I finally got it, there's no real topping. The chicken is pink, the pieces look and taste like someone's got left over chicken and just chopped it into pieces to use. And than if the thin slice of bread with some oven baked cheese and undercooked chicken isn't enough, they finish it off with a swirl of BBQ sauce that again just looks and tastes like someone grabbed their home brand BBQ sauce bottle, and squirted a bit around the pizza. If that's what you consider gourmet, you're dreaming. $18 for a schnitzel when I can get the same thing next door for $12? You're having a laugh. Everything about this place screams...

Ordered for the first time tonight and what a disappointment it was. We were told 25-35 minutes for delivery and it didn't come for almost an hour. The pizza was horrible. Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and definitely didn't get what I had asked for. No cheese, no sauce, burnt base and horribly seasoned chicken. Honestly tasted like someone had rolled the chicken pieces in grass and then threw them on an overcooked pizza base. We also paid $5 for 2 burnt pieces of 'garlic bread' which was honestly just some bread with cheap garlic butter on top. It was so bad that I wanted to give you a zero. That's not possible, so I...

After 2 or 3 experiences we were happy with (with the exception of the price point), our last take away order put us off forever. 5 minute drive from the store, order took close to an hour and a half to arrive. Food arrived cold, and Philly Cheese Steak tasted like it had been microwaved (the three bites of this led to pretty severe food poisoning) When we were offered a reason for the delay, they said they were short staffed. That's all well and good, but why bother offering delivery if you don't have the staff? Was offered a meal voucher as an apology, but have absolutely 0 intention of using it....
