I just wanted to share my experience today as an Uber delivery driver. I arrived at your store and waited for around 10 minutes. During that time, you kept saying, “I’ll give it now,” but only handed over the order after the delay. Once I received the food, I started the delivery immediately and even showed you on my phone that it was active. Still, you questioned whether I had actually started the delivery, which I found unfair.

Meanwhile, the customer messaged me asking why the delivery was taking so long. I had to explain that the store delayed giving me the food, and it wasn’t my fault. I try my best to provide fast and safe service to all customers, and situations like this make my work harder.

Unfortunately, it looks like I received a negative rating for this delivery, which is frustrating because I wasn’t at fault. I respect your work, but I also expect the same respect in return. As delivery drivers, we’re helping your food reach customers hot and on time.

If we all work calmly and with mutual respect, it helps everyone—your business, our work, and the customer experience. Let’s keep things professional and positive. If that’s not possible, then maybe it’s best to reconsider how we...

This is one of my go-to places to get yummy food .

The place has been under new owners for a few years and they have developed their own style of how they present their food ..

I am pleased they are taking time off for themselves, so many businesses in this smaller take-away industry don't look after themselves.

They are family run take-away providing a range of nice food .. everything from lovely salads to burgers , even whole BBQ chickens .

I would love to recommend everything on the menu , but seriously you would only like to hear what I like the most here , so here goes ,

I do recommend their BBQ chicken , either while or with chips and gravy. They make awesome sweet chilli and sour cream wedges and have delicious Yiros...you have your choice of lamb or chicken , my favourite is lamb personally , don't forget touboli and garlic sauce.

For dessert your choices are pineapple or banana fritters ..

The people here are very nice and would recommend if you are looking for a good take-away in the area , then consider...

DO NOT GO TO THIS FISH and CHIP SHOP!!!! I asked for extra gravy on snitzel pack No extra gravy chips are dry cooked to long thats why we ask for extra gravy. When I called to complain about being no extra gravy he gave attitude about it and was very rude and abusive on phone. Ive included pic of the dry chips and snitzel

Potatoes fritter to thick the outside is crunchy and the potato hard. I usually continue to go there and say nothing and just not order the item again. There hamburger I only order once it's the burger patty is bland no flavour what so ever.

Has complained and asked my partners option on what he can do to bring in more business if this is what Its like I wonder why he's going down the drain.

I advise going smithfield fish and chip shop much better service and actually do put extra gravy when...
